     Mango is another major crop of our area. Mango is very well known all around the world and due to its taste, fragrance and color Mango is called “King of the fruit”. Mango has been cultivated in the Indian subcontinent for thousands of year and spread all over the world. Mango is cultivated wherever climate allows its appropriate growth
     Now since long mango is cultivated as a fruit tree in frost-free topical and warmer subtropical climate like Indian subcontinent. Nearly half of the world mango production is cultivated in India alone. In our area there are more than 40 varieties but having higher bricks and having more and less regular yield variety called ‘Kesar’ has more than 60 % production.
